Why Agent Fabric exists

Artificial Intelligence changes who performs work. For the first time, organisations must intentionally design work for a workforce that includes both humans and AI. That is the challenge Agent Fabric addresses.
The Agentic Enterprise
An organisation in which work is intentionally distributed between humans, AI agents and enterprise systems.
Humans provide judgement, leadership, ethics, creativity and accountability. AI agents provide speed, consistency, automation and continuous execution. Enterprise systems provide trusted data, business rules and operational capabilities. The goal is not to replace one with another, but to design an operating model where each contributes where it creates the greatest value.
